Homemade Pappardelle With Green Asparagus
I hate asparagus! Or.. I hate canned asparagus! As a child i developed a dislike for asparagus, because the only kind of asparagus i ever got was those pale white ones conserved in cans or jars. I’m not the picky type, so I can eat them if needed.
For the same reason, it took me many years before i introduced asparagus in my own kitchen. Lockily for me, fresh asparagus (opposite the ones from cans) a delicasy, so the (green) asparagus often goes into the shopping basket.
