Since I in the beginning of the summer, saw the first imported cherries, I’ve had a crawing for cherry ice cream with chocolate pieces. I don’t know why, I just have. I was visiting some relatives in the holiday, and was so lucky to get a few kilos of fresh cherries from their tree in their garden. That had to be utilized to satisfy my ice cream fetish 
When we barbecue.. and it happends, occasionally there are some leftovers. Amongst them pork chops that has been grilled, but not eaten.
Usualy they’re tinfoiled and put in the fridge, untill we a few days later bin them, because we didn’t get to eat them.
Waste of good pork chops!
When summer, its grilltime! I’ve been so lucky to find some “unghanebryst” (young rooster breasts) on sale, while out shopping, and they were supposed to be done in the oven. But since it kept staying dry outside, I started up the Weber.
