Blueberry Muffins
Even tho it is possible to find vild blueberries in Denmark, and it is quite a task to find and pick them, we have been out picking a bit of them. 1.2 kg, not much, but we had Frederikke out on the heathland, and because she shouldn’t get too bored we went home after about 1 hour.
Technically it wasnt blueberries we picked, but the related Northern Bilberry, which is similar to blueberries. And is called blueberries in most of Jutland, as theyre very similar, and we rarely see blueberries in nature here.
