Hi Lars,
I wish so much to understand Danish.

The meals look great, extremely professional in fact. I saw all posts in your Blog and all the pictures. Do you photograph yourself? Some interesting technique is chosen for taking the pictures, perhaps it’s macro, I like it!

Thanks for stopping by, and the kind words.

Morten and I photograph ourself, Morten uses a digital SLR camera, I use a digital point and shoot camera. We are still experimenting and learning, so expect improvements

I dont use a macro when taking pictures, but im a firm believer in getting the camera in there where it happens. Food should be snapped when its must delicious to look at:)
